To super hug, gain consent from a super hug partner. Then enter the embrace by raising your left arm to align your heart with your partner’s. Once in the embrace, proceed to take a minimum of two cycles of breath, each with five second inhales and five second exhales, totaling at least 20 seconds. Shift focus to the breath and attempt to avoid speaking or fidgeting. The super hug ends as soon as the first person who is ready to release gives the signifying final tap or squeeze.
